Planetary energy work

One of SPIRIT Connections guiding principles is that whatever SPIRIT Connections does contributes to planetary good. Further to that principle, we regularly dedicate time and energy to uplifting the planetary vibration.

What is planetary energy work?

Our definition of "planetary energy work" is "the practice of focussing positive energy on some aspect of the planet."

To explain further:

First, we need to grasp the concept that everything is energy and energy is everything. For example, even the most dense physical object is ultimately a collection of sub-atomic particles moving around a nucleus (or more than one nucleus).

Each of us and the physical world around us is composed of energy. Emotions and thoughts also have energy. For example, an intensely painful or an intensely joyful experience may end, but the energy of pain or joy continues on, sometimes even after the people involved have gone somewhere else. A belief (thought) that "the world is dangerous" or "things always turn out well for me" can cause people to experience the world as one of danger or one of well-being.

Our spiritual being also has energy. Our spirits and spiritual intentions affect the world around us. Planetary energy work makes use of spiritual energy to uplift the planet.

Reiki is an example of individual energy work. A reiki practitioner acts as a conduit for healing energy to be directed to a particular individual. If the energy is inappropriate to the individual, the healing energy automatically goes wherever it can do good.

Planetary energy work operates on the same principle. The difference is that positive energy is directed to the planet as a whole.

We know that whatever happens in a particular situation resonates at the planetary level. For example, a specific situation could be symbolic of "generic fear energy" or "belief in scarcity" that could benefit from "generic love energy" or "belief in abundance."

It's encouraging to know that clearing anything helps to clear everything. Not just for the particular situation, but for our global consciousness. Amplifying love anywhere helps to amplify love everywhere.

How we do it

We begin with an intention that whatever happens is for the highest good of the planet. Once we are in a meditative state, our guidance directs us to focus attention on situations, places, events or types of energy that could benefit from our energetic support.

We are then guided to any of a number of different processes. We may, for example, in our imaginations:

• Clear away dark energy
• Send healing energy
• Amplify the consciousness of love, joy, peace, truth and beauty.
• Hold a space energetically.
• Visualize "the highest good of all" taking physical form.
• Affirm that all is well and perfection already exists.
• Ask for angelic assistance to clear away darkness and bring light and love.
  

We continue to be amazed and gratified to see again and again that what we imagine in a meditative state of high intention, begins to unfold in physical form. Our work is not about trying to control outcomes. We do not, for example, ask for a particular viewpoint to "win" or for a particular decision to be made. Rather, we provide energetic support so that whatever happens is for the highest good of the planet.

We've learned that nothing is trivial! Because of that, we both spend a lot of time clearing our own energy fields.
The more we understand about energy, the more we feel responsible to ensure our own intention is high, and our own energy is as pristine as we can humanly make it.

We think we do some of our best work while sitting in a comfortable chair in a meditative state!

Our experience has shown us that working with the energy of situations, places, events or types of energy can be very beneficial.
